How would you describe your organization's experience with complex renewable energy procurement?

Large experienced team. We actively structure deals - PPAs, offtake agreements, or direct investments. Smaller corporate team. We purchase RECs or use green tariffs, but don't structure deals ourselves. Newcomer. We would like to procure cleaner electricity, but our team is still pretty new at this.

How should GHGP handle any tradeoffs between a stricter REC market and a larger REC market?

Rules should above all protect the critical REC market, which matters so much. Rules should be strict enough to ensure that all RECs are authentic, even if that could affect the size of the market.
